We’re a cool sock subscription club. When you join us, we’ll send you a pair of socks in the mail every month, depending on which subscription plan you choose.

Subscriptions start at £12/month. We also offer 6-month and yearly subscription plans, which make great gifts.

You’ll receive a pair of socks every month. You can always skip a month or pause your subscription if you’re going to be away. To do this, log into your account, click ‘Manage’, then click ‘Subscription Settings’ and finally click the ‘Pause My Subscription’ button.

All our subscription plans automatically renew every month/6 months/year. If you want to modify, skip, or cancel your subscription, log into your account, click ‘Manage’, then click ‘Subscription Settings’ and select the relevant option.

We are open Monday – Saturday from 9.30 am – 6.00 pm. Any communication received outside of normal business hours will be responded to as soon as possible.

Yes we do! We ship our socks within the United Kingdom for FREE, however there is an additional charge for international orders. We aim to deliver within 2 business days domestically and 7 business days internationally. Please note that depending on where you live there be a customs charge to pay.

Of course not!! Where’s the fun in that?! We have a team of sock-psychics who know all the latest and greatest sock designs available. Every month they curate your parcel with the best quality socks and latest designs, based on the preferences you provide when customising your subscription.

Once you sign up, you can always change your sock style preferences. And remember, if you are not 100% satisfied with the pair that was selected for you, you can always send them back and we’ll have a fresh pair sent right out!

Our men’s socks will fit UK shoe sizes 6.5-11. Our women’s socks will fit UK shoe sizes 3.5-7. Anywhere in that range, your feet will be a perfect match.

If you don’t like a pair, you are more than welcome to ship them back to us for an exchange. We ask that you send exchanges back within 30 days of their arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not. Shipping for returns and exchanges is at your own cost.

Regular Orders
Your first pair of socks will sent to you within 1-2 business days. Your subsequent shipments will be sent around the same date each month. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Gift Orders
You can choose when you want your recipient’s gift subscription to begin. You’ll receive the first month’s shipping confirmation email. After that, the recipient will receive the subsequent shipping confirmation emails.

This is what we like to hear! However, you can only order one subscription at a time; if you’re giving multiple gifts, you’ll have to start a new order each time.

No. You will have to customise each subscription individually and therefore, assuming you have selected varying preferences, each recipient will receive a completely different pair of socks.

Yes. They can email us at info@resock.co.uk at any time to change their sock style preferences.

Yes, you are free to skip orders as needed. To do this, log into your account, click ‘Manage’, then click ‘Subscription Settings’ and finally click the ‘Pause My Subscription’ button.

Log into your account, click ‘Manage’ and then click on the ‘Account Settings’ link in the lower left corner of the screen. You can now edit all of your details.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can also log into your account to check the status of previous orders.
