SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Shipping is FREE within the United Kingdom. An additional charge of £7 per month applies on all international orders. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
Your first month is processed within one business day. Subscriptions shipping to the United Kingdom usually take 1-2 business days to arrive from the ship date. International orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive from the ship date. You can expect your socks to arrive at roughly the same time every month for the entire duration of your subscription. International delivery times can vary due to variables out of our control. International deliveries will have end-to-end tracking and will usually require a signature on delivery. If you are having any trouble with your shipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at info@resock.co.uk.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription please do so at least 48 hours before your recurring billing date. Step by step instructions on how to perform both actions can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
Our Returns Policy
Resock strives to provide a phenomenal shopping experience along with sensational customer service. However, if for any reason you are not content with your order, you have the right to return all products you have bought from https://www.resock.co.uk/ for a full refund or exchange within 28 days from the date of shipment.
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
The Returns & Exchange Process

2. Please include a short note with your name, email address and mobile phone number. One of our team will then contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.
3. Send your items to the address below:

4. Send your items back to us with all labels intact along with the order number
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 24 hours and will send you an email confirmation once it has been processed. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
